Our Gary, IN facility proudly houses a 60″ Precision Blanking Line. As a result, cut-to-length is part of our growing list of services, along with tension leveling, slitting, storage and many more.
In other words, our cut-to-length services are just another reason why Chicago Steel is widely regarded as a one-stop shop for all of our customers’ toll processing needs.

Our 60″ Precision Blanking Line has the ability to process from .024″ through .125″. It also includes a four high leveler with side trim capability. In addition, the line provides great shape correction for thicker light gauge product.
